1. Confirm the voltage and power parameters of the motor; they must not exceed the range specified by this driver board.
2. This driver board is suitable for driving three-phase brushless DC motors, but not all three-phase brushless DC motors can
be used directly. If poor driving effects occur (such as startup jitter, reverse rotation, excessive current at high motor speeds,
unstable rotational speed, reduced efficiency, or failure to start after loading), customers can adjust parameters such as
resistors and capacitors on the driver board according to actual conditions to achieve the optimal driving effect .
3. The JYQD_V6.3B driver board is a bare board. For driving motors with power below 100W, forced heat dissipation is not
required, but normal ventilation must be ensured.
4. The 5V output port on the driver board prohibits external electrical equipment connection; it is only suitable for connecting
external potentiometers and switches to this board for speed regulation and direction reversal.
5. The "Signal" terminal on the JYQD_V6.3B driver board is the motor speed pulse output signal, with an output current of less
than 5mA.
PRODUCT DIAGRAM
PORTS DESCRIPTION:
1. Control Ports (SET)
♦ GND: Internal control ground of the driver board.
♦ VR: Speed control port. Analog voltage speed regulation (0V-5V), with linear speed adjustment from low to high.
PWM speed regulation requires a common ground with the driver board.
♦ Z/F: Forward/reverse control port. Connect to 5V or leave it floating for rotation in one direction; connect to GND
for rotation in the other direction.
♦ Signal: Motor speed pulse signal output port, providing 5V pulse signals.
♦ 5V: Internal 5V output of the control board, only used to power potentiometers, switches for speed regulation and direction reversal.
2. Power Ports
♦ P+/VCC: Positive terminal of the DC power supply (+)
♦ P-/GND: Negative terminal of the DC power supply (-)
♦ MC: One of the three-phase wires of the motor
♦ MB: One of the three-phase wires of the motor
♦ MA: One of the three-phase wires of the motor
3. Note that the motor's phase wires and Hall wires should not be too long; excessive wire length may cause signal interference issues.
4. For the control terminals, the ports adopt a 2.54mm pitch. For the power terminals, a 3.96mm pitch is used.
5. When adding a heat sink or installing the driver board, pay attention to the insulation of the driver board.
